About Obama:

The guy is much too oleaginous, unctuous, by half. Any time he miscues verbally,(which is often), he subsequently 'elaborates' on the issue which, invariably, means a 180 degree turn or an unconvincing deflection of the issue (e.g. I slept every Sunday in church for 20 yrs). I've been in academic life for ~40 yrs and I can spot a liar at a pretty great distance, (with ease). This guy does not give me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. There are things about him that make me recoil. I disagree with McCain on a bunch of things but, along with millions of others, I'm going to play it safe and give him my vote. I have never voted Republican but,I think the Democratic establishment, with its lack of enhandedness with Hillary (and its cockeyed departure from a winner-takes-all paradigm), is going to get the lousy candidate it deserves and going to lose my vote for all time. Oh yeah, and I also find his speeches repetitive, boring, lacking in content and, quite frankly, uninspiring.

Obama-Comic

Obama ....where is the beef? Nothing that he says has any substance. No definition of the specific issues or solutions! I have a hard time believing that he did not know that Rev. Wright was expressing hate and vulgar views in his church during 20 years (lol). This preacher did his marriage, his kids baptisms, spiritual guidance. Not to mention that his wife said she was not proud to be an American, until her husband was running for President. Here is a woman who went Princeton, and Harvard Law School with scholarships. What other country gives these kinds of opportunities?! Something is NOT right here. I can not believe people are even thinking of voting for this guy. What a joke! Might as well vote for Mickey Mouse.

Well awwwww snap, I just realized that I've got 2 months left to being all-access LEGAL! I don't know what I'm doing yet, but I'm encouraging you to keep the week around June 16th open. If you would like to gift me an antique frame or, hell, anything at all, feel free to^_~. Hmm, what should I do for my last hurrah before birfdays get unfun?

Fun fact: For those of you unfamiliar, surface treating canvases is necessary to their preservation. Otherwise ingredients in the paint eventually eat through the canvas. This is usually done in layers of gesso, rabbit skin glue or PVA. Often this might leave the surface a little rough and sanding is necessary. There happen to be a number of sounds (such as metal scraping metal and that swishy jacket material) that literally make me to gag and puke... Lucky me, the sanding of a canvas happens to be one of them. I have canvases that need to be sanded. Boo.

A homeless man caught me off-guard by singing me a Grand Buffet tune. Try and guess which one.

I also forgot that today was registration day. Now I'm gonna get the dick cheese of classes. Boo x2.

Also... An admirer compiled a bunch of piccies of me from over the years, including recent.

Dear Aunt Flo,
Thank you for showing up now instead of potentially ruining my spring break by making me an
irritable husk of a woman
the whole time. Oh well. I feel quite relieved now.
i Love you dearly,
The host body from which you emerge.

The high growth rate of blogs will continue in 2008.
It will be interesting to see if the rate of expansion will be as high by the end of 2008.
Like 2008 this new year will probably raise more questions than it will answer.
Enjoy Yourself!

Car insurance, is probably the most common form of insurance and may cover both legal liability claims against the driver and loss of or damage to the insured's vehicle itself. Selecting an automotive insurance company can be an overwhelming task, with hundreds of companies competing for your business. When insurers compete for your business, you save big time!
Vehicle insurance (or auto insurance, car insurance, motor insurance) is insurance purchased for cars, trucks, and other vehicles. Its primary use is to provide protection against losses incurred as a result of traffic accidents and against liability that could be incurred in an accident.Throughout the United States auto insurance policy is required to legally operate a motor vehicle on public roads.
The consumer may be protected with different coverage types depending on what coverage the insured purchases.
In some jurisdictions, bodily injury compensation for automobile accident victims has been changed to a no-fault system, which reduces or eliminates the ability to sue for compensation but provides automatic eligibility for benefits.
Liability coverage provides a fixed dollar amount of coverage for damages that an insured becomes legally liable to pay due to an accident or other negligence. While this may seem nuts, many people rarely update or even review their auto insurance policy. This can lead to paying higher car insurance premiums or having insufficient coverage in the event of an accident.

After spending almost an hour and a half trying to decide which iPod skin I wanted, I've decided that there might be something wrong with my noggin. Ed and Brian both went home for the weekend and James had theatre stuff to go to, so I've been alone last night and all day today. Whenever I'm alone, I think too much and get somewhat crazy (as I refer to it, perhaps not literally) and have the odd urge to clean everything. I mopped the kitchen floor and cleaned the majority of the upstairs bathroom, as well as my room. Other than that I've accomplished a lot of nothing, as I've been sitting around thinking and rotting most of the day. I tried playing some more Guilty Gear XX Accent Core but my thumb still hurts from playing it so much the first night I bought it. I went for a walk a bit before that and realized that no matter what I do, I walk too fast to enjoy a leisurely stroll. Also add in the strangers who honked at me on the way back. When I returned, I became impulsive and bought a silver PS2 to replace my dead hunk of junk and put Brian's back in his room. I suppose I don't want to depend on anyone in terms of using their stuff.

My mother went to court last Tuesday with my father for the support check issues. She told him they could have settled things between themselves instead of getting lawyers. Considering that my dad had the aunt I don't remember ever meeting call my mom about the whole situation, I doubt he would have done anything. It's funny how he agreed to pay support until I graduated college and then decided to change his mind. Anyway, the court has been holding checks since I turned 21 and the judge came to the decision that I'm old enough to be emancipated and can recieve HALF of the money that was held back. At least that's a few months rent + utilities. My mom told me that my dad said he'd love to talk to me sometime. When I'm in the mood for more broken promises and lies, I might consider it.

I'm currently housing two guinea pigs because Osamu's friend Dong-eun had them in the dorm and it's obviously not allowed, so she had the option of giving them away or setting them free (seriously, wtf is with that?). Ed said he would take them since they are free, but I still had to meet up with Osamu last night because I had no idea where to get them and Ed was gone. I swear I'm the nicest person when it comes to animals.

I'm eating less junk food lately, as well as not consuming food as often. I'm not starving by any means. I guess that's swell.

hello,

my first post to this livejournal.
i figured i'd give this a try, as i'm really sick of myspace.
i enjoy all the blogging, but not all the constant band ads and flashing
banners. i prefer plain text without my eyes going into shock.

anyway, i also just started this blog as well

i'll give all them a try and stick with a few.
from what i seen so far of exploring - i like livejournal the best.
